Inspired by their love of Italian cooking and Cornish produce, husband and wife team Tim and Fiona Barton serve delicious, authentic, thin crust pizzas with a Cornish twist, using fresh, local ingredients in St Agnes, on the stunning north coast of Cornwall.

In June 2012, the Cornish Pizza Company opened at 68 Vicarage Road in the centre of the village, in what was the old fishmongers.

With a colourful history, the building has been a popular fixture in village life for over a hundred years. Originally a thatched cottage, it was demolished and rebuilt in its present form around the outbreak of the First World War. Amongst its many reincarnations, it has also been a tobacconist, antiques shop, greengrocers, sports shop and confectionary (see left).
