We believe sourcing as much locally as possible can have a very positive impact on the local economy, local jobs, and even the environment by reducing road miles. As well as our ingredients and items in the shop that we sell, we endeavour to source many of the products we use as business locally. We several local suppliers including for our ingredients including West Country Fruit Sales based near Falmouth. We use local companies for our menus, stationary, signage, much our catering equipment, and the remodelling of our pizza van. Penzance-based company Design 79 is responsible for our branding and logo.
We strive to employ our staff team as locally as possible, mostly within St Agnes and the surrounding parish.
